  • Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, and retirement
  • Clean, climate-controlled production facilities
  • Continuing education support and long-term career development
  • Opportunities for international career growth within a stable global organization

Shift Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts, 3–4 days per week. Shift placement based on current openings.

  • A Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6AM–6PM
  • B Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM

Your Day-to-Day

  • Inspect injection-molded and silicone parts visually and with precision tools including micrometers, calipers, and vision systems
  • Follow Quality Assurance Requirements (QAR) and Control Plans on every product run
  • Collect samples, document inspection results, and produce accurate records and reports for management
  • Verify that all GMP and GDP tasks are completed correctly
  • Conduct line clearances when processes are interrupted or changed
  • Investigate quality issues and collaborate with teammates and management to resolve production problems
  • Operate manual machines on the silicone production floor
  • Package and handle finished products per QAR specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with company policy

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two years of experience in quality or manufacturing is helpful — medical device or internal audit background a plus — but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to read and independently interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and quality documentation
  • Comfortable creating detailed reports and records
  • Effective communicator who can address quality concerns confidently and collaboratively across teams
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
