Orthopedic Physician Assistant – Full-Time
Locations: Carmel, Fishkill, Mt Kisco & Newburgh, NY | Surgical Center in Danbury, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Nights | No Major Holidays
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + Excellent Benefits including CME

Position Overview:
A busy, multi-office orthopedic practice is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its growing team. The position covers some of our NY offices, with surgical cases performed at our affiliated surgery center in Danbury, CT. We are looking for a motivated provider with orthopedic experience — though we are willing to train the right new graduate who demonstrates a passion for orthopedics.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orthopedic patient evaluations in office settings

  • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab studies

  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans

  • Perform joint injections and other in-office orthopedic procedures (as trained)

  • First assist in surgeries at our Danbury, CT surgical center

  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and rehabilitation

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

  • Active NY and CT licenses (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Orthopedic experience preferred, but willing to train new graduates

  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other team members
