Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience looking to work in a specialty retail environment focused on sterile and non-sterile compounding. The position offers a 13-week contract with potential for direct hire, providing valuable experience in a specialized pharmacy setting.
Location:
- Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications and manage order entry using PK system (training provided)
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications following strict protocols
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and safety guidelines
- Support daily pharmacy operations and provide excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina pharmacy license required
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience
- Experience with sterile compounding is a plus
- Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus
