WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome patients and guide them through frame and lens choices in a friendly, approachable way

Interpret prescriptions and take accurate measurements

Explain lens options, coatings, and eyewear care in clear, patient‐friendly language

Work closely with our optometrists and front desk team to create a smooth, positive experience

Help patients understand insurance and Medicaid benefits

Assist with ordering, inventory, and merchandising

Maintain patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards

WHAT YOU BRING
-
Experience in optical retail or as an optician
-
A patient‐first mindset and strong communication skills

Comfort with multitasking and attention to detail

Familiarity with EHR systems—or enthusiasm to learn

A collaborative spirit and desire to grow

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on patient needs
