Albany, NY Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is partnering with school districts throughout the Albany region to identify qualified Speech Language Pathologists for current and upcoming openings. We are seeking clinicians who are passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve success both academically and socially.
Multiple opportunities are available across the Albany area, with placements ranging from elementary through high school settings.

Weekly pay
Pay Range: $40-$60 per hour
Potential for contract renewal and future assignments
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
In This Position
Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
Participate in IEP development and review meetings
Maintain service records, progress reports, and required documentation
Support district compliance with educational guidelines
Who We're Looking For
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
