This 100% virtual position allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students who depend on your expertise and support.

Position Overview:
As a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will serve a diverse caseload of California students with a wide range of communication needs. Your role includes delivering engaging therapy sessions, conducting assessments, collaborating closely with educators and families, and supporting students in achieving their communication goals all througha secure teletherapy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K12 students across California

• Perform evaluations and assessments in accordance with California state and district guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and maintain thorough documentation and progress reports

• Track student performance and therapy session outcomes accurately

• Communicate regularly with school staff and families to ensure consistent student support

• Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance therapy engagement and learning

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

• Minimum of two years of recent school-based experience (teletherapy experience preferred but not required)

• Comfortable using digital platforms and delivering virtual therapy services

• Excellent organizational, communication, and professional skills

• Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection
