Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Job Type: Full-time with On-call rotation

Location: 212 Iroquois Ave, Green Bay

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at McCormick Assisted Living. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about resident-directed care, staff development, and supporting clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations
• Support compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff
• Assist with resident assessments, service planning, and care coordination
• Help recruit, train, and mentor nursing team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Serve as DON designee when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in WI (required)
• Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A compassionate leader who values teamwork and accountability
