Order Management Coordinator – Addison, IL
$50,000 - $60,000 with Full Medical Benefits, 401K Matching, and Profit Sharing

We are searching for an Order Management Coordinator to take ownership of the sales ordering process and ensure orders are managed efficiently and accurately from beginning to end. If you are detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and are skilled in providing excellent customer service, this role could be the ideal fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process sales orders into the ERP system, ensuring completeness, pricing accuracy, and timely entry.
- Act as the central liaison between production and customers, communicating primarily over email and handling an average of 20-30 orders per day.
- Review and verify order details, contracts, and supporting documentation to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor open orders daily, tracking status and proactively communicating updates to internal teams and customers.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, backorders, or shipping issues, escalating as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement any process improvements that could enhance efficiency in the sales order/order entry process.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in order entry or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for customer service and providing excellent customer experience.
