Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: Oak Creek, WI

Salary: $90,000/year


About the Role:


We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 3rd-shift operations in a high-speed food manufacturing facility. This role oversees a team of 50–100 associates, ensuring efficient production, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, train, and motivate production associates to achieve performance and quality targets.
  • Enforce health, safety, and food safety regulations (OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA).
  • Monitor and optimize production efficiency, OEE, and yield performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, HR) to resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, employee attendance, and safety incidents.


Qualifications:


  • 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision (food industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.


Preferred Skills:


  • ERP system experience (a plus).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
  • HACCP or First Aid certification (a plus).
