Position: Area Marketing & Canvassing Manager

This position requires previous experience leading or managing a door-to-door or canvassing team.
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in door to door canvassing either as a Team Leader/Van Driver, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
What You’ll Do:
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily meetings
- Canvass neighborhoods to find old windows, doors and roofing
- Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates
