Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will assist customers with scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments and provide accurate information in a detail-oriented and courteous manner. This is a long-term contract position offering a chance to make a meaningful impact while supporting public health initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist callers in scheduling appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding appointment availability and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and sensitive information at all times.
• Communicate customer concerns or service issues to management promptly for resolution.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to customers as assigned, ensuring needs are met effectively.
• Accurately enter and update customer information within the system to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to protocols.• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common software applications.
• Reliable and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
