The Roofing Production Manager will be responsible for managing all roofing projects from scheduling through completion, ensuring each job meets Black Rock Roofing’s standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role will oversee field operations, coordinate crews and materials, and act as the main point of contact between customers, crews, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage daily and weekly roofing production schedules.

· Oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

· Communicate with homeowners and commercial clients throughout the production process, providing updates and resolving issues.

· Order and coordinate delivery of materials to job sites in a timely manner.

· Conduct site visits and quality control inspections to ensure projects are completed to specifications.

· Track project costs, timelines, and performance metrics, and report regularly to management.

· Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Proactively address and resolve production-related challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in roofing production, project management, or construction management.

· Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial roofing systems and installation best practices.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

· Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
