Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all entries are correct and up-to-date.
• Prepare and post journal entries while verifying supporting documentation.
• Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between transactions and records.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all accounting activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in month-end closing procedures and general ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliation processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
