FWS Logistics is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our logistics and cross-border operations while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Provide shipment updates, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Support cross-border transportation and customs-related processes.
• Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of U.S. Customs and cross-border shipping processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
