Position: Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN)
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Schedule: Weekends | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $35 – $41/hr (based on licensure and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care

Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and clinical situations

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing team members

Promote a positive, collaborative team environment

Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
-
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Requirements
-
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida

Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred

Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
