Kelso Building Services, in partnership with Allied Mechanical and Automated, is a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sheet metal services across commercial and industrial markets. We are rapidly expanding our national service footprint and are looking for a driven Account Manager to help strengthen client relationships and accelerate growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing long-term account value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues before they escalate
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and work with operations to improve performance
  • Track account activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using Salesforce
  • Report on account health, revenue growth, and value-added contributions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, estimating) to ensure seamless execution
  • Support onboarding of new customers and expansion into new regions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management, sales, or customer relationship experience (HVAC/MEP industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify problems and drive solutions across teams
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and accountability
