Position Summary

The Vice President of Clinic Operations will lead a team of high-performing Regional Clinic Operations Directors who oversee Clinic Practice Managers across multiple locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent patient experience, operational excellence, and financial performance across all clinics. We’re looking for a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive results through others, lead through complexity, and thrive in high-growth and high-pressure environments where operational discipline and leadership resilience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of Clinic Operations Directors to ensure consistent execution of operational standards and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive clinic performance across key metrics including patient experience, quality, and financial outcomes.
  • Guide operational transformation efforts in underperforming clinics, applying data-driven strategies to stabilize and accelerate performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical leadership, finance, HR, and other departments to align operational goals with organizational strategy.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations with a strong customer experience focus.
  • Demonstrated success in leading leaders and driving metric-based performance through others.
  • Proven experience in turnaround or high-growth environments, with a track record of stabilizing and scaling operations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead change, manage complexity, and inspire teams through challenging circumstances.
