Job Summary: We are looking for a Residential Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional interior repairs, prepping and painting jobs in a residential setting.
Are you an experienced residential professional who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Experience with repairs, some taping/mudding/ceiling texture, to bring areas to paint ready, then prime and paint. Experience in matching existing textures in some cases.
- Experience in spraying primer/paint.
- Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
- Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
- Prepare surfaces, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
- Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
- Inspect paint jobs for quality
- Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment if needed.
- May help with other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential painting and/or remodeling/home repair
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
