Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment strongly preferred
- Comfortable providing services to students across K-12 grades

- Skilled in assessment, creating IEP goals, and implementing therapy interventions
- Ability to adapt to varying student needs and school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students two days a week
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school teams, and families to support educational access
- Document progress according to school and district guidelines
