Pay Frequency: WeeklyAbout the RoleShareSTAFF is hiring an Installer for a temp-to-hire assignment at a Combination of indoor showroom and customer homes/businesses in Fairfield, CA. Employee will arrive and need to itemize and load window coverings into the installation vehicle. WFNC provides vehicles and tools. They then drive to customers' homes which will be anywhere within the surrounding cities. They need to carefully carry products into customers' homes and stage at the correct individual windows. They will be using drills to drill brackets, headrails, shutters into window casings. Communicate and explain shade operations to customers.What You'll Do
- Measure windows accurately for blinds, shades, and shutter installations
- Install window treatments safely and efficiently at customer job sites
- Maintain and repair blinds, shades, and shutters when needed
- Ensure all work is completed with high quality and attention to detail Travel to various job locations from the Fairfield warehouse
- Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on all job assignments
What You Bring - Required
- Driver License required
- Some maintenance or handyman experience
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to use power tools
