Processing Transactions

<li>Accept cash and check deposits</li>
\n
<li>Pay out cash for withdrawals</li>
\n
<li>Cash checks after verifying funds and signatures</li>
\n
<li>Process loan or utility payments</li>
\n
<li>Issue money orders or cashier's checks</li>
\n</ul>
\n
Cash Management and Security
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Count and balance cash drawers at start and end of shifts</li>
\n
<li>Investigate and report cash discrepancies</li>
\n
<li>Detect counterfeit bills</li>
\n
<li>Follow bank security and fraud prevention protocols</li>
\n</ul>

Customer Service and Sales
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Answer basic account balance and history questions</li>
\n
<li>Recommend banking products like savings accounts or credit cards</li>
\n
<li>Refer customers to specialized staff for loans or investments</li>
\n
<li>Maintain customer confidentiality&nbsp;</li>
