Job Description
We are seeking a FedEx Contractor P&D Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of minimal 10,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Paid Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle
- Deliver ground and express packages
- Load and unload cargo
- Properly track and document activity log
- Report any issues or incidents to management
- Inspect truck before and after trip
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older
- Current and active Drivers License
- Ability to handle physical workload and self manage time and efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 150lbs with provided safety equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability and time management
- Have your own reliable transportation to and from work and punctual attendance
- Customer service and honesty and good communication with management
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screening and physical with no issues
- Ability to manage time and safety
- Must have a flexible schedule M-Saturday
- Commitment to show up to assigned weekly schedule.
- Motivated team worker and understanding of the job requirements
