Operations Coordinator
Location: Torrance, California
Rydeen Mobile Electronics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Torrance, California office.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, logistics providers, inventory management, and internal teams. The candidate must be proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
As the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives, the Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating inventory and logistics activities, and performing a variety of administrative functions. The position contributes directly to the efficiency, productivity, and continued growth of the company. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and committed to building strong relationships while ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate daily business operations, customer order processing, and workflow activities to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, dealerships, distributors, and sales representatives to verify orders and provide timely support
· Provide accurate updates regarding order status, shipments, inventory availability, and delivery schedules
· Manage PSI inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team on inventory planning, replenishment, and demand forecasting
· Coordinate with warehouses, shipping partners, and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, customer information, transactions, and operational data
· Support sales team initiatives, customer communications, product launches, and promotional activities
· Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, shipping paperwork, and related administrative records
· Monitor customer accounts, track outstanding invoices, and work closely with the accounting team to support collections and account reconciliation activities
· Track open issues, coordinate resolutions across departments, and ensure timely follow-up until completion
· Assist with trade shows, dealer events, and general office operations to support company growth and customer engagement
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience in operations, customer service, logistics, inventory management, sales support, or office administration preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to accuracy
· Strong work ethic with a proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
· Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
· Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with ERP, CRM, order processing, or inventory management systems is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
