Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience and be comfortable working with patients across all age groups. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as shifts may vary based on facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages

Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Provide excellent patient care and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Assist with specimen processing and transportation as needed
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience

Experience with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a fast-paced environment

Phlebotomy certification required

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
