What would you do as a Memory Care CNA
As a Full Time Memory Care CNA at Crandall Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care during the Afternoon Shift. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and meals. You'll monitor their emotional and physical well-being, providing comfort and support to those with memory-related challenges. Expect a structured schedule that typically runs from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM, allowing you to engage with residents in a calm and focused environment during those hours. You will work closely with a dedicated team, documenting care plans and updates to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
Building relationships with residents and their families will be key, as fostering trust and stability is essential in creating a positive living experience for those you serve.
