We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from the first phone call to job completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for inspections, cleanings, and repairs.
  • Communicate with technicians to coordinate daily schedules and routes.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service questions or concerns.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and general office administration.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives as needed (e.g., seasonal promotions, review requests).

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience (home service industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling/CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.

Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required during peak seasons.
