We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from the first phone call to job completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for inspections, cleanings, and repairs.
- Communicate with technicians to coordinate daily schedules and routes.
- Provide customers with accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service questions or concerns.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and general office administration.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives as needed (e.g., seasonal promotions, review requests).
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (home service industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling/CRM software.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required during peak seasons.
