Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Plan and manage projects from kickoff to completion
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and address risks or delays
Lead meetings and provide status updates
Ensure projects meet quality and compliance standards
Manage changes in scope, schedule, or resources
Track project documentation and reporting
Improve workflows and project processes
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organization and time management
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Budgeting and scheduling experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
Collaboration and stakeholder management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Construction, IT, or related field depending on industry)
Project management experience
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred for some roles
