Job Description

Marcom Company is looking for a talented and driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the day-to-day execution of strategic integrated marketing communications campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients in the media and advertising sectors.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in professional services PR, a passion for the media landscape, and a proven ability to secure top-tier media placements and manage client relationships.

What You'll Do:

Manage the day-to-day execution of public relations campaigns, including media relations, content creation, and client communication.
Act as a primary contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic media outreach plans, proactively pitching stories and securing high-quality media placements in trade publications and business press.
Draft and edit a variety of materials, including press releases, media alerts, pitches, case studies, and bylined articles.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and competitor activity within the media and advertising sectors.
Help mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on professional services and a strong understanding of the media and advertising industries.
Proven track record of securing significant media placements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in client communication and account management.
A collaborative spirit and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
