Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications.
• Operate digital presses for variable data and short-run jobs.
• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses.
• Review job tickets and ensure accurate materials and settings.
• Maintain a clean and organized press area.
• Work closely with production team to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating offset presses.
• Experience with digital press operation preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work second shift and occasional overtime.
• Knowledge of color theory and print quality standards.
