University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Taylor, MI and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized care in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting health, managing chronic conditions, and supporting patients and their families through effective communication and clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and assessments in patients’ homes in Taylor and nearby communities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel within Taylor, MI and surrounding areas.
