Tim Duncan Real Estate is hiring an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the business; bringing structure, accountability, and consistency to a fast-paced real estate team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who takes initiative, solves problems quickly, and knows how to turn moving parts into a smooth, scalable operation.
Compensation
- Salary: $52,000 - $62,000
- Opportunities for bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Partner in execution of owner's priorities, projects, and key initiatives
- Build and refine systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Oversee contract-to-close flow with accuracy and timeliness
- Keep team members aligned, informed, and accountable
- Track key metrics and support leadership with performance visibility
- Maintain operational organization across tools, platforms, and communication
- Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, more scalable solutions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Organized, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable navigating changing environments while managing responsibilities
- Clear communicator who can hold standards and drive accountability
- Tech-inclined and quick to learn systems
- Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence
- Willing to obtain a real estate license
