Position Overview:
- Locations: Seattle, WA
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (No nights, no weekends!)
- Pay: $2800/week,
- 40 hours/week guaranteed
What You’ll Do:
- Perform echocardiographic exams for adult veteran patients
- Stress Echo, Cardiology, etc (No Vascular)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain sonographic equipment and accurate reporting
- Represent the VA’s standard of excellence with every scan
What We Require:
- ARDMS Certification in Echocardiography (Required – no exceptions)
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)

- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients, including cardiac assessments and evaluations related to emergency medicine.
- Utilize appropriate sonography techniques and equipment to obtain accurate images for diagnostic purposes.
- Monitor and record vital signs during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures to prevent infection.
- Document findings accurately in patient records and communicate results effectively with the healthcare team.
- Assist in the training of new staff or students in sonography practices as needed.
- Stay updated on advancements in sonography technology and techniques to provide the highest quality care.
