Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in West Windsor, NJ. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating health conditions, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. Duties also include educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and maintaining detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in primary care or outpatient settings is preferred
