Compensation: $2460 - $2964 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

In this position, you will join a nurturing team that prioritizes keeping mothers and their newborns together, encourages skin-to-skin contact, and fosters a safe, supportive atmosphere. With 10 spacious private LDRP rooms and a strong emphasis on collaboration, you will have the chance to significantly impact families during one of their most cherished moments.
- Deliver comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Assist in C-sections and provide antepartum care
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including lactation consultants and maternity educators
- Employ advanced IV skills and utilize the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System
- Float to NICU for feeders and growers as necessary
- Engage in floor-specific orientation and continuous professional development
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications are mandatory; FHM certification is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting
- Proficient in C-section assistance and IV skills
- Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday
