Position: Office Assistant

Entry level position to help with the organization and daily administrative operations of the company. Ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of office support tasks with attention to detail and introduce new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry using Microsoft Excel & Word and Sage Accounting software
  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotes & place purchase orders
  • Prepare travelers & file folders for manufacturing process
  • Prepare shipping documents and schedule carriers FedEX or UPS shipments.
  • Maintain stock of supplies and parts
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
  • Scan & Archive documents

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computers
