Talent Acquisition Specialist
70-85K, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM 100 Law firm seeking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across the firm.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs.
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data and documentation.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 3 years of experience within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
