Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re searching for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide direct services to elementary-aged students. With multiple positions available, you’ll join a group of fellow professionals dedicated to empowering students from Pre-K through 5th grade.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in California (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy across diverse needs
- Ability to work on-site and engage directly with students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person speech and language therapy to elementary students, focusing primarily on Pre-K through 5th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress for a caseload of up to 55 students
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and administrators to ensure the best outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to student reports and documentation, and support school-wide initiatives
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
