Job Overview We are seeking a sophisticated Medical Relationship Liaison to bridge the gap between our licensed Mental Health Clinic/MedSpa and the local healthcare community. This role is strictly focused on Business-to-Business (B2B) development, creating formal strategic alliances with medical offices, chiropractic clinics, and wellness practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Clinical Alliances: Identify and secure formal "Strategic Marketing Agreements" with local medical providers to build a collaborative healthcare ecosystem.- Professional Briefings: Conduct educational "Lunch and Learns" for medical staff regarding our specialized Mental Health and Wellness services.
- Contract Management: Successfully negotiate and execute formal partnership contracts that outline mutual marketing support.
Compensation Structure
Flat-Fee Contract Bonus: You will earn $75.00 per signed and qualified B2B Partnership Agreement.- Compliance First: To remain in strict accordance with A.R.S. § 13-3730, compensation is based solely on the professional work of securing business-level agreements. No "per-patient" or "per-referral" fees are paid.
Qualifications
Experience in Medical Sales, Pharmaceutical Rep work, or Healthcare Administration.- Ability to discuss clinical wellness and mental health services with high ethical standards.
- Must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and adhere to HIPAA standards.
