Attorneys will litigate matters in Housing Court, handling a voluminous caseload.
Tasks/Duties:
- Prepare for litigation.
- Litigate matters in Housing Court.
- Manage and handle a high-volume caseload.
- Conduct legal research and case preparation.
- Appear in court and represent clients in landlord-tenant matters.
- Draft legal documents, motions, and related filings.
