<li>Reason for hire: Retirement </li>
<li>Schedule: FT - 36+ Hours

<li>4 or 5 day work-week</li>
<li>1 Saturday per month (7am-12pm)</li>
</ul>

<li>Procedures:
<ul>
<li>No limit to providers</li>
<li>Liberty to expans practice </li>
<li>Endo, OS, Implants, etc.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Base - 200-250K</li>
<li>Incentive - 30-35% of net revenue</li>
<li>General providers earning 240K+ with incentives</li>
<li>Some providers earn 300-400K depending on expansion of their practice</li>
</ul>
</li>
