Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Skilled in case management for students with mild to severe diagnoses
• Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate a dynamic environment while adapting to evolving student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Maintain diligent records and handle case management tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s success
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student confidence and communication development
