Job DescriptionMechanical Project Manager

What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily project activities with project managers, superintendents, and field teams
- Review drawings, manage RFIs, and support submittals, procurement, and quality control
- Lead project setup, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
- Oversee subcontractor agreements, buyout, and material and equipment procurement
- Track labor productivity, cost performance, and overall project financial health
- Manage billing, change orders, and contract administration
- Ensure permits, approvals, and compliance requirements are met
- Provide technical support to field operations and help resolve issues in real time

What You Bring

- Experience leading technical or construction project activities (typically 10 plus years)
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
