Administrative Assistant – Frasier Sterling Full-Time | In-Person Preferred
Frasier Sterling is a fast-growing, female-founded fashion brand known for trend-setting jewelry and accessories worn by celebrities and loved by our loyal community. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and Director of Sales.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the CEO and Director of Sales
- Organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage follow-ups across teams and partners
- Assist with data entry, sales reports, and CRM updates
- Build and maintain organized Excel spreadsheets for sales tracking, logistics, and product planning
- Prepare internal documents, decks, and summaries as needed
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver and extra set of eyes on all the details
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with extreme attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Excel (e.g. formulas, formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take initiative, follow through, and juggle multiple priorities
- Previous experience supporting a founder, executive, or sales team is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative business environment
- Based in or near Houston, TX
