Job Description

Job Description

Innovien is supporting the buildout of a first-of-its-kind program management function inside a high-growth infrastructure services company at the center of the nationwide broadband expansion. We're hiring a TMO Program Manager to own the client-facing delivery side of a new and actively evolving Traffic Management Office — and to help build what this function becomes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fiber infrastructure clients, owning recurring planning meetings and staying ahead of schedule changes, crew movements, and demand shifts
  • Build and maintain 30/60/90-day traffic control demand forecasts by translating OSP engineering data into actionable project backlogs for internal operations to plan and staff against
  • Manage end-to-end Smartsheet workflows — assigning tasks, tracking completion, and ensuring all deliverables are produced and delivered on time
  • Deliver budgetary traffic control estimates ahead of construction activity, giving clients cost visibility in a space that has historically been unplanned and reactive
  • Continuously improve TMO processes, templates, and SOPs as the program scales into new clients and markets

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of project coordination or project management experience in construction telecom, OSP construction, or FTTH
  • Familiarity coordinating OSP construction projects from the planning side — engineering prints, construction plan sets, or permit documentation across multiple active crews or markets
  • Hands-on Smartsheet experience: building workflows, demand tracking sheets, task assignment, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong communicator comfortable managing enterprise client relationships and working cross-functionally to keep complex programs on track
  • Organized, self-sufficient, and wired for ambiguity — you thrive when the structure isn't fully defined yet

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience working with fiber service providers or prime/sub contractor networks on large-scale infrastructure buildouts
  • Exposure to demand forecasting or budgetary planning for construction services

Details

  • No clearance required
  • Remote with onsite availability as needed — Phoenix, AZ
