Job Description:
- Functional Consultant with 12+ years of overall experience in IT and in Contact Center /Call Centre business processes
- Experience in Life Science specialty pharma contact center case management processes
- Good Knowledge of Chatbot or any cognitive solution experience
- Extensive experience with Business and IT stakeholders defining new strategies and road map creation for some of the key initiatives in Commercial Pharma / Specialty Pharma
- Similar experience in Patient ecosystem in healthcare
