We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to coordinate service operations and ensure smooth communication for customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in phone call handling.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Generate dispatch tickets for service calls and distribute them to appropriate teams.
• Debrief technicians after each service call to gather insights and update relevant records.
• Oversee and update the dispatch board or scheduling system to provide real-time workload visibility.
• Project and forecast workloads for the upcoming 2-3 days to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Participate in daily conference calls to address technician availability concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
• Monitor and update all new tickets and modify existing ones to ensure accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in using computer systems such as IBM AS/400 and CRM platforms.
• Experience with ADP Financial Services and other management systems.
• Strong communication skills for answering inbound calls and coordinating with technicians.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated skills in phone handling and customer service.
• Previous experience in dispatching or a call center is strongly preferred.
