Job Details
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish to support daily operations and serve as a key communication bridge across teams. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members, customers, and vendors.
Serve as a bilingual point of contact to support daily operational needs.
Assist with order coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person as needed.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
Uphold quality, safety, and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food & beverage, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
Familiarity with order processing systems or ERP/CRM platforms.
Prior experience working in bilingual or multicultural workplaces.
