About the Opportunity:
The Business Development Manager I identifies new business opportunities and builds client relationships. This role supports the organization by expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and goals.
- Track and report on business development activities and results.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Uphold the company’s core values by demonstrating selflessness, maintaining a “can do” attitude, consistently delivering results, and acting with integrity in all actions and decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required or equivalent combination of schooling and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role required.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%.
