Closeline Settlements, a national title company operating in 38 states, is seeking a Client Services Representative with experience in pre-processing title transactions to join our team at our Rockville headquarters.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders, and who understands the front-end of the title and escrow process. Your focus will be on supporting the early stages of transactions and providing a high level of customer service and communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the early stages of the closing process.

• Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary documentation and resolve any preliminary issues.

• Work closely with the processing and pre-processing teams to ensure all required data and documents (e.g., contracts, payoffs, title orders) are received and complete.

• Track and manage timelines to ensure critical milestones are met.

• Provide status updates to clients and partners in a clear, professional, and timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records in title production software and internal systems.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a title company— preferably in client service, pre-processing, or file setup roles.

• A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with title documents, contracts, mortgage payoffs, and related materials.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and title production software.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
