Key Responsibilities

As an Agent in Training, you will:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion

  • Conduct client consultations to identify needs and recommend tailored coverage options

  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

  • Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and excellent service

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals to drive overall agency growth

  • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting, and compliance requirements

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor renewals

  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and passionate about sales. The ideal Agent in Training will have:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in outbound calling and closing sales

  • A coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and improve

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
