Key Responsibilities
As an Agent in Training, you will:

Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion

Conduct client consultations to identify needs and recommend tailored coverage options

Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and excellent service

Meet and exceed individual sales goals to drive overall agency growth

Stay current on product offerings, underwriting, and compliance requirements

Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor renewals

Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and passionate about sales. The ideal Agent in Training will have:

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Confidence in outbound calling and closing sales

A coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and improve

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual abilities are a plus
